Executive Trainee

Educational Qualifications : 

Executive trainee :

for mechanical/ civil/ electrical/ instrumentation : 

A Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical/ Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil) from a recognized  Indian University and securing not less than 65% in aggregate for  Open and OBC candidates and 55% in the case of 
SC/ST and PWD candidates.  


Human Resource 



A Degree with a minimum of 65% marks in aggregate for Open and OBC candidates and 55% in the case 
of SC/ST and PWD candidates, from a recognized  Indian University. 
Regular/full time two years Master Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human resorce /Post Graduate Degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management or Labour Welfare & Industrial Relations  or  Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management, from a recognized University/Institute,  with a minimum of 65 % marks inaggregate for Open and OBC candidates and 55% in the case of SC/ST and PWD candidates .  


Finance



A Degree with a minimum of 65%  marks in aggregate for Open and  OBC candidates and 55% in the case of SC/ST and PWD candidates from a recognized Indian University and pass in the final examination of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Information Technology

A Degree in Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology/Masters Degree in Computer 
Application/Computer Science/ information Technology with 65 % marks in aggregate for Open and 
OBC candidates and 55% in the case of SC/ST and PWD candidates from a recognized university. 


Age



minimum age 27 years as on 31 July 2012 and upper age limit relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates, 5 
years for SC,ST and 10 years for Persons With Disabilities.


Application Fee



Application fee of Rs. 300/-(Non refundable) for all posts.   Fee should be remitted in the form 
of a crossed DD drawn in favor of COCHIN SHIPYARD LIMITED on any Nationalised bank payable 
at Kochi.  SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee


Selection procedure: 



 The selection process will be held at Kochi. The method of selection will include a 
Written test, Group discussion and Personal Interview. 
written test questions based on aptitude reasoning, general knowledge,english.


 Eligible candidates will have to appear for the written test and those who 
qualify in the written test and within the zone of consideration as per the ratio prescribed will be 
shortlisted for group discussion and personal interview.
